SECTION 3: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE
The customer declares to have read and accept the terms of sale before placing the order. The confirmation of the order is acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. Ticking the box marked “I have read and accept the General Terms of Sale” before validating an order automatically implies express, unrestricted and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms by the Customer. By doing so, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the present Terms, and agree to them.
Our offers are valid until they appear on the site within the limits of available stocks. For products whose manufacture is on request we will provide an estimated period of time-bound completion of the item. Know that this period is a range of estimates and not firm. Guidance on the availability of items are provided on the site. In case of error, alteration or possibly in the case of unavailability of the item after placing your order, the customer is notified by mail as soon as possible. The order is immediately canceled and refunded if payment has already been done.
5.1: GENERAL
Items purchased on www.viveka bergstrom.com are available in France and all countries of the European Community and a few countries mentioned in section delivery. The delivery period indicated are average time and correspond to the usual processing time and delivery. Items are delivered to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process. In case of items delivered at different dates given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. www.viveka-bergstrom.com could not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery. In case of late a mail is sent to the customer. The time limits specified above shall run from the date of payment correspond to the processing time and delivery. All orders received from Friday 16 PM are treated on Monday.
5.2: DELIVERY

SECTION 7: SATISFACTION OR REFUND
Customers are entitled to cancel their order within thirty days of receipt of any product. Only the price of the product purchased is refunded. This right of return is accepted for complete products in their original packaging, undamaged and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The repayment products in the cases referred to in Sections 5 and 7 is made within less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of goods by us. Refund is made on bank account debited or a credit. Only the prices of items will be refunded.

The Terms of sales have a vintage - they are applicable as they appear on the site - www.viveka-bergstrom.com reserves the right to change the new conditions that apply when they are released however the terms of sales which were on the website at the customer's order remain applicable to it.
SECTION 12: Jurisdiction and applicable law
The present General Terms of Sale and the relations between users and www.viveka-bergstrom.com are subject to French law. Any dispute for which an amicable settlement cannot be found shall be referred to the competent courts of Paris.
